In the update video, and at the end of the tutorial, it appears I should be able to see a menu on my left controller some how, but there is no menu visible.
In case it’s relevant, I’m using Valve Index with Index controllers

Thanks, just saw this.
To confirm, you are pressing the “B” button on the left controller right?
Also, have you played the game a long time ago or just got into it recently? The reason I ask is it could be using an old binding file.

Good question, yes I played crunch element a while ago and now I remember I probably fiddled with the bindings for things like grip strength. Just reset them to the official bindings and now I can access the menu fine. Thank god now I can sprint and snap turn :D. Thanks!
